Willy Conley

Willy Conley is an award-winning writer and photographer whose nine books include Photographic Memories, Plays of Our Own, Listening Through the Bone, and The Deaf Heart. Early in his career he worked as a medical photographer at leading hospitals in the U.S. before earning certification as a Registered Biological Photographer. He is a former chairperson and professor emeritus of Theatre and Dance at Gallaudet University, the world’s only liberal arts university for deaf and hard-of-hearing students, in Washington, D.C.
