Stacy R. Nigliazzo is a nurse, an MFA fellow at the University of Houston Creative Writing Program, and an award-winning poet. She teaches medical humanities to physicians-in-training at Baylor College of Medicine as part of the Humanities Expression & Arts Lab (HEAL).
