Leighton Schreyer (they/them) is a writer, poet, and critically Mad queer activist from Kitchener, Ontario. Their writing often explores themes of gender, sexuality, mental health and the human condition as they strive to unsettle norms and critically engage with the world around them. Leighton’s writing has been published in The Sun, Hippocampus Magazine, and Redivider, amongst others, as well as some of the world’s leading medical journals.
