J. Marcus Weekley lives in Xinzheng, China, where he teaches English composition to Chinese university students. His writing has appeared in Poetry International, Glitterwolf, and TheTransnational, among others. Singing in the Merman Cemetery, his book of ekphrastic proems, was published in 2019 by CW Books.
