Her work has appeared in The Journal, Obsidian: Literature & Arts in the African Diaspora, The Penn Review, The Texas Review, Sugar House Review, and About Place Journal, among others. She has been a finalist for the Jake Adam York Prize, the Berkshire Prize, the St. Lawrence Book Award, and the Georgia Poetry Prize.
