I would like to make a list of all the things
that I have forgotten but of course that is
impossible and therefore I will list out everything
that I remember and you can read in-between
the lines and when the wind blows there will be
a scattering disparate pieces becoming stranded
and separated the swans on the river staying close
to the shore close to where the boys are skimming
stones there’s supposed to be a storm today
but nothing is showing on my radar I’m wearing my
waterproof boots just in case I’m carrying an umbrella.
